Nationwide flat rate of 600 yen, Okinawa Prefecture 1500 yen
*Free shipping on purchases over 11,000 yen (including Okinawa Prefecture)


Shipping Carrier
We will deliver via Sagawa Express. For some areas in Okinawa and remote islands, we will deliver via Yu-Pack. Please note that you cannot specify the shipping carrier.

Delivery
We will ship within approximately 3 business days after the completion of your order. Business days are weekdays, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. However, delivery may not be possible as specified due to year-end and New Year holidays, Golden Week, summer holidays, irregular closures, delivery regions, or natural disasters.

*Gift cards are issued immediately after completing the purchase procedure.

Specifying Delivery Time Slots
You cannot specify a date and time at the time of order. If you wish to specify a date and time, please contact the shipping carrier yourself. Please note that delivery may not be possible as specified due to delivery periods (Golden Week, year-end and New Year holidays), weather conditions, or other circumstances.
Returns
Product returns and exchanges are only accepted for unused and unworn items for hygiene control reasons. Please contact us by email or phone within 7 days of product arrival. Returns/exchanges without prior contact and returns due to customer convenience are not accepted. For exchanges due to customer convenience, the customer will bear the shipping cost.
 
If you wish to return or exchange a product, please read the following carefully before making your request.
・ Exchanges due to customer convenience are limited to one time.
・ Exchanges are limited to products of the same price as the purchased item.
・We cannot accept items that have been soiled or damaged by use or trying on, or items that have been washed or processed.
・We cannot accept items where the product, packaging, instruction manual, etc., have been damaged, soiled, lost, or discarded.
・ We do not accept returns or exchanges for outlet products or sale products.
・ We do not accept returns for other products where it is stated on each product page that returns/exchanges are not accepted.
・ In the event of damage or soiling during transit, please seek compensation from the shipping company.
 (Compensation cannot be received for regular mail or Kuroneko Mail Service, etc.)
・It may not be possible to prepare the exchange product. In that case, we will refund the product price.
* We do our best to reproduce product photos as accurately as possible, but there may be differences in how colors appear depending on your monitor and computer environment. Please be aware of this in advance.

[Shipping fees for returns]
 For exchanges due to customer convenience: The customer is responsible for the cost. (Please send by prepaid mail)
 In case of incorrect delivery or defective product: We will bear the cost. (Please send by cash on delivery)

[Refunds]
In the case of customer convenience: We will transfer the amount obtained by deducting the shipping fee at the time of shipment (including handling fees for cash on delivery) from the product price to your bank account. Please be aware of this in advance.
In the case of incorrect delivery or defective product: We will transfer the product price, the shipping fee you bore at the time of shipment, and the settlement fee to your bank account.
